APPOINTMENTS:

In order to guarantee an appointment clients must use the scheduling system SquareUp to book their appointments with Cathedra. 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

CLIENTS MUST CANCEL A FULL twenty four (24) HOURS AHEAD OF THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. IF THE CLIENT CANCELS WITHIN THE Twenty four (24) HOUR WINDOW THEY WILL INCUR A 50% CANCELLATION CHARGE INVOICED TO THEIR INFORMATION ON FILE. CANCELLATIONS CAN BE MADE VIA SQUAREUP.

 

RESCHEDULING:

CLIENTS ARE ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE A FULL five (5) HOURS AHEAD OF THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WITHOUT INCURRING A FEE. ANY RESCHEDULING WITHIN Five (5) HOURS OF THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WILL INCUR A $10 RESCHEDULING FEE AT THE POINT OF SALE DURING THE RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. RESCHEDULING CAN BE MADE VIA SQUAREUP.

 

LATENESS:

CLIENTS HAVE A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD FROM TIME OF SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. IF THE CLIENT BYPASSES THEIR GRACE PERIOD AND DOES NOT EXCEED AN ARRIVAL 20 MINUTES PAST THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT THEY WILL BE CHARGED A $5 LATE FEE AT POINT OF SALE. IF THE CLIENT'S LATENESS EXCEEDS 20 MINUTES THEY WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE AND WILL BE CHARGED $15 (A COMBINATION OF THE RESCHEDULING FEE AND LATE FEE) TO THE CLIENT'S INFORMATION ON FILE. RESCHEDULING CAN BE MADE VIA SQUAREUP.

 

EARLY BIRD AND NIGHT OWL HOURS:

EARLY BIRD AND NIGHT OWL HOURS ARE ANYTIME BEFORE 9AM OR AFTER 9PM. ANY SERVICES REQUESTED WILL START AT AN ADDITIONAL $15.

 

EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 12, 2015
